近日，奧拓股份成功中標國外客戶一臺1000TPH-DWT50000連續(xù)式軌道移動螺旋卸船機并簽訂合同。該標的是由海外客戶向全球?qū)I(yè)制造商發(fā)出的國際招標，最終，由來自中國的AOTUO奧拓股份在眾多國際競爭對手中勝出。

本標的物螺旋卸船機適應(yīng)DWT50000噸級散貨船作業(yè)，接卸的物料非常復(fù)雜，既要耐高腐蝕性、又要適應(yīng)高硬度高琢磨性的多種不同顆粒大小、不同含水分的化肥礦物原料，對裝備的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)、材質(zhì)、系統(tǒng)控制等提出更多新要求，技術(shù)難度極大。

AOTUO recently secured a contract to supply a 1000 TPH-DWT50000 continuous rail-mounted screw ship unloader to an international client. The project was part of a global tender issued by the overseas customer to specialized manufacturers worldwide. Ultimately, AOTUO from China emerged victorious among numerous international competitors.

The screw ship unloader in this project is designed to handle bulk carriers of up to DWT50000. It is capable of discharging a wide range of materials with complex characteristics, including highly corrosive substances, as well as fertilizer and mineral raw materials with high hardness, high abrasiveness, varying particle sizes, and different moisture contents. These demanding conditions impose additional requirements on key structural components, material selection, and system control of the equipment, presenting significant technical challenges.
